When a user clicks on the bid button of a product, it will be instantly notified to all the other users on the site and mobile app at that time. Multiple users can bid on the product and the user with the highest price will get the product.
When a product with a target price is bidded, and the current bid amount is lesser than the target price, then on higher bid will be shown indicating that this current amount is not enough to win the product in the auction.
The auction products will be shown to the users in the First in First Out circular queue in the order of posting.
The going once and going twice serve as an alert or final invitation to other users to bid, as the product is about to be sold to the highest bidder.
All the auction timings can be managed in the admin panel.
When the target price of a product is not reached till the end of the auction, outbid status will be shown.
If a user has successfully won the product, then winning status will be shown to him/her and they can proceed to purchase the product.
Once you have won the product, the winning status will be shown to you. You can click on the winning status to proceed with the checkout or you can navigate to your Profile, My bids option. Then, find the buy now option to continue with the purchase.
If you don’t purchase the products you have won within 24hrs, it will be moved to expired bids, and you cannot purchase it anymore.
Admin can set commissions based on the price range of the product in the admin panel. The commission can be set either as a fixed amount or a percentage of the product price.
The product won can be canceled using the cancel option on the checkout page or by using the cancel option available on the My bids page.
Once the purchase has been made, the order details will be shown on the My orders and sales page. Orders status and tracking can be done there.
The seller will be notified about successful bids, cancellations, and purchases on his/her product via mail, notification, and push notifications for mobile apps.
