For any product related queries and request, we request to utilize this support center to server your better on time. All the tickets raised here will be taken with the top most priority and will be served within 2 hours minimum and maximum of 24 hours. Support center team does not work on Sunday. The support center working time starts from 8.00 AM IST to 8 PM IST (+5.30 GMT). All the support tickets will be given with an unique request number which can be used for track the support status and we will keep the history of these tickets which can be reopened any time later.
