On-demand and delivery
Taxi, food, grocery and home service apps, end to end: customer app, driver or provider app and admin.
What an on-demand app has to get right
On-demand apps are three apps in one: the customer's, the driver's or provider's, and the admin panel that runs the business. The experience is only as good as the weakest of the three.
- Real-time everything
- Live tracking, instant updates and quick dispatch are what customers judge the service on.
- Both sides of the job
- Drivers and providers need an app that is fast and simple, or the best of them go elsewhere.
- Operations in one place
- Pricing, zones, payouts and support are run from the admin panel, so the business scales without chaos.
